Business benefit first.

G'day!

Welcome back to DB Digital. Briefly covering Digital Strategy, Product Development and Personal Improvement.

Digital Strategy Business benefit first.

Still today, some business are daunted by digital strategy; targeted audience engagement, search engine visibility, building brand authority, and the dreaded digital transformation.

Take a softer approach for tentative businesses. An alternative approach is to start with business benefits in the existing ways of operating. Think in terms of expanded customer reach, tailored marketing, cost management, data driven decisions. Immediate business benefit mindset. And as customers participate within each of these areas, customers also benefit.

Product Development Minimal User Story Template.

Agile while theoretically beneficial, often falls short in small to medium practices. However, you can extract and enhance useful elements of the methodology.

The User Story is valuable but can end up as a title-only task. To enhance its effectiveness use a minimal structured approach.

The User Story Style Guide is a refined set of rules and constraints developed over 15 years, ensuring consistent and meaningful user story formatting. DM me if you want it for free.

Personal Improvement Hobbies are ok.

Hustle culture. Finding your niche. Grinding. Monetising. Productising. Sure. Everyone needs money. I'm not someone who's going to say I don't care about money. What I will say is that it is okay to have hobbies, you don't need to monetise everything. Chill.
